Paper Dress Yoga
STRETCH IN STYLE AT OUR INDEPENDENT, VINTAGE-INSPIRED STUDIO IN THE HEART OF HACKNEY!
This marvellous yoga studio is located right opposite of Hackney Central station, Paper Dress Yoga hosts a range of class styles: vinyasa, yin, flow and restore, and hatha.
All classes are live-streamed via Zoom and in person at our beautiful studio.

The yoga studio is peaceful, illumined, and aerial, carefully build up with a few vintage treasures and charms. We have everything you need to make your class comfortable and safe – props (mats/blocks) are available, or you can bring your own.
All levels of students are more than welcome – whether you are a total beginner or have been practicing for years.
